If you are having trouble accessing your membership benefits first make sure that you have created a contestant profile and you can see that profile on your dashboard as depicted below.
Next, double check that you are using the correct user account. Your membership is connected to your email address. If you used one email address to sign up for your membership and you previously used a different one on your user account, you may be asked to sign up for your membership again.
