Here are some great tips to make your live streams on Facebook the most successful:

Your device should be rested on an object or so there is no movement during your live stream. Please have another party view the live stream to make sure it is right side up on the page (they sometimes display sideways pending the type of phone you have. If it is sideways, please turn your phone the other direction to see if that helps). It is also important to have good lighting and audio, void of loud background noise.
A note regarding licensed music: If there will be any played during your live stream, there is a chance that Facebook could take the stream down or block it. The person doing the live streaming will get a notification on Facebook if it is picked up. Do not stop filming your content. Do not file a dispute through the notification.
We will see it right away on our end and take care of it. If the content is blocked, our appeals usually go through and then people can watch it later. The downside is that it may not be available to watch live when people are wanting to tune in. Most of our streams with licensed music are not taken down but may become partially muted and then are available for later viewing. The music issue is something out of our control with Facebook but we do our best to work around it and help make the very best of your stream!
Staff members may be tuning in under our personal Facebook accounts. If we have anything to communicate to you during the stream, we will text you at the number you provided us.
Please remember to save the video to our timeline. Any other questions please let us know!
